1. What sizes are available for your graphic T-shirts?

Our graphic T-shirts are available in a range of sizes, starting from small to XXXL. We offer a size chart on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.  We do recommend with our shirts to order one size up for a more relaxed fit.

2. How do I care for my graphic T-shirts?

To ensure the longevity of your graphic T-shirts, we recommend machine washing them in cold water/warm water with similar colours. Avoid using bleach and tumble drying. Instead, let them air dry to prevent any potential damage to the prints or tumble dry low.

3. Are your graphic T-shirts made from sustainable materials?

Yes, we care about the environment! Our graphic T-Shirts we use

- Solid colours are 100% cotton
- Sports Grey is 90% ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
- Other heather colours are 50% polyester, 50% ring-spung cotton
- Fiber content may vary by colour

We strive to minimize our carbon footprint through global printing and use eco friendly water based dyes to promote sustainability in our products.

4. Can I customize a graphic T-shirt with my own design or artwork?

5. There is a design I like but not available in the clothing option that I want?

We are happy to create a listing for you.  Contact us at info@stillhighdesigns.com and let us know and if possible we should have it up within 24 hrs.

6. How often do you release new designs?

We release new graphic T-shirt designs regularly to keep our collection fresh and exciting. Be sure to check back often or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on the latest releases.

7. Where do you get your designs?

We curate our designs from independent artist's worldwide as well as use AI generated art in house.

8.  How are your shirts printed?

We use DTG -Direct To Garment printing for front graphics and DTF - Direct to film for side arm printing.

9. What is your shipping policy for graphic T-shirts?

We currently offer shipping to United States, Canada,Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Egypt, Japan, New Zealand, Thailand, and Uruguay for our graphic T-shirts. The shipping cost and delivery time may vary depending on your location. You can find detailed information on our Shipping page.

10. What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to our products being print on demand just for you we cannot offer cancellations/exchanges/refunds or returns. All Sales Final. 
If there is a damage to the product or the print is not right on delivery, please contact us within 5 days after receiving so that we can contact the printer and have a new one sent out to you.
We will need photos of the product to send to the printer.

11. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we often run special promotions and offer discounts on selected graphic T-shirts as well have a rewards / referral program.  Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for announcements about upcoming deals.

12. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is processed and shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
